WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana Corporation a United States, Delaware C Corporation, File Number 6862992and a Member of WorldGate Minerals and Mining Family of Corporation which includes WorldGate minerals and mining Angola Corporation, WorldGate Minerals and Mining Zambia Corporation and WorldGate Minerals and Mining South Africa Corporation hereby as we have filed a for a Ghana corporation titled WorldGate Mining, LTD in Ghana, and whereby WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana has signed a mining contract on June 14, 2022 with your company D.R. Resources Limited to provide mining services for mining lithium in Ghana at determined locations and whereas this service will be provided under an full Comprehensives Operational Lease with LSK Mining, LLC. of Pennsylvania.

WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana does a COL with LSK Mining, LLC which is based on the COL lease of approximately $150,000,000 per mine on a one year lease with guaranteed renewal for each year with adjustment. This may be adjusted based on type of additional equipment required.

WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana is prepared to make these investments in the mining operations in Ghana for  National Defense of the U.S. South Korea Mutual Defense Treaty and NATO partners.

WorldGate Minerals and Mining Family of Corporation only minds for National Defense with our Dedicated partners. There for we have guaranteed buyers for all our minerals by countries including the United States Department of Defense, South Korea under the Mutual Defense Treaty and NATO countries. We work with these countries through sovereign guarantees and other national banking guarantees. We also work with U.S. State Governments on programs to provide lithium and copper for programs involved in states defense programs including our new total off grid EV-Hydrogen refueling Centers. The program will require massive amounts of lithium and other components for development of high performance batteries. This program is critical for our Military Bases to be totally EV by 2030. Lithium in huge quantities will be required from our mine in Ghana and Zambia.  

Each LSK Mining, LLC, COL (Comprehensive Operational Lease) consist of 100% United Stated management, labor, equipment, travel for staff and miners, legal, taxes, fuel, workmen’s compensation Insurance, operation international insurance, liability by Lloyds of London.

WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana Corporation will provide all living quarters for all miners including all medical services with on site medical staff. WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana Corporation will also provide complete food services for all personnel. These programs are provided by WorldGate Community International Corporation a sister company of WorldGate Minerals and Mining Ghana Corporation and a member of WorldGate Mineral’s and Mining Family of Companies. WorldGate Community International Corporation will be building a WorldGate Mining Hotel at each mining location that WorldGate Minerals and Mining Family of Corporations is involved throughout Africa. Currently we are planning over twenty WorldGate Mining Hotel in 2022-2023. Each WorldGate Mining Hotel consist of 125 standard single rooms with queen size mattress, microwave, mud rooms, changing rooms, large capacity laundry for miners work cloths which are cleaned and repaired every shift by our in house laundry staff, full cafeteria style food service area to seat 50 people for two shifts if required, 24/7 breakout locations,  The extra rooms are utilized for visiting families and other visitors. All staff will be from local citizens.

All WorldGate Minerals and Mining Family of Corporations projects utilize a 100% restoration program when we finished with a mine, or the mine has played out. This restoration programs includes the fill-in of all excavated dirt and soil to be utilized as recreational lakes or parks. This also includes the reconditioning of any WorldGate Mining Hotel that was built into a full visitor hotel which WorldGate will utilized by the Country of Ghana under the Banner of WorldGate Resorts Hotel for the use with the lake or park. All roads and bridges will be repaired, paved and marked to access the WorldGate Resort Hotel. All personnel will be retained by the WorldGate Resort Hotel This program will increase the revenue, tax base and employment of Ghana.
